The mud pump transports sludge into the dynamic (static) mixer, where it mixes with a 0.05-0.1% anionic (cationic) flocculant solution and undergoes full reaction. The rollers rotate slowly, guiding the sludge through the tension-adjustable filter belt. Here, the sludge experiences extrusion and shear forces from rollers and pressure rollers with gradually decreasing diameters, causing continuous pressure increase.
