These filter belts pass through a series of regularly arranged roller cylinders in an S – shape. Relying on the tension of the filter belts themselves, squeezing and shearing forces are formed. These forces act on the sludge layer, squeezing out the capillary water within it. As a result, a mud cake with a relatively high solid content is obtained, achieving the goal of sludge dewatering.

1. Sturdy Main Frame

The main frame of the belt sludge dewatering machine is firmly welded using square tubes. The metal surface of the equipment undergoes meticulous anti – corrosion treatment. First, high – pressure sandblasting is used to remove rust and scale, and then the surface is sprayed with 4 layers of fluorocarbon paint.
